Bios

David is a founding partner of Ridgefield One. He began his career as a Temp at Microsoft's New York sales office. He left Microsoft to get hands-on experience as a custom application developer for a Microsoft Partner. Over the course of the following decade, David earned his MCSD and opened his own Microsoft Partner practice. Following the Dotcom Bust, David briefly worked for an insurance company where he learned the art of Sales. He took these new skills back into IT, where he learned the Staffing business and went to work for an IBM Partner for several years before striking back out on his own with Ridgefield One. In his free time, David enjoys snowboarding, fishing, gardening, and watching Yo Gabba Gabba with his kids.

After graduating high school, Cheryl chose to immediately start her family and be a full-time Mom. Once the kids were in school, she then went back to school fulltime and received her BS degree at the age of 36. This process unbridled a previously untapped love of education in Cheryl and she has continually attended further training throughout the remainder of her career. This has further helped to foster a culture of training and self-improvement at Ridgefield One. In her free time, Cheryl has an insatiable appetite for non-fiction books and she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Lauren is no longer with Ridgefield One.

Susan joined Ridgefield One in April 2011. Prior to Ridgefield One, she worked within the real-estate market from the paralegal perspective through mortgage sales for almost 10 years, throughout gaining valuable experience with Excel and QuickBooks. She has also taken on various leadership roles as a team leader and office manager. Susan has two B.A.'s, one in Psychology and one in Legal Studies, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA. She also has an M.B.A from Albertus Magnus College, New Haven, CT. In her spare time she loves taking long walks, reading, and visiting the local pool hall to play a game or two.

Elisa joined Ridgefield One at its inception in early 2010. Before joining Ridgefield One, she worked as a Business Development Manager at an internet marketing company based in Norwalk, CT which was purchased by Affinion. Elisa wears multiple hats at Ridgefield One, including Social Media Management, PR, Event Planning, and Marketing. Elisa has a B.A. from Brandeis University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Pace University. In her spare time she loves playing guitar, kick-boxing, and bike riding with her family.
